I represent people with disabilities with respect to legal problems under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) including such matters as testing accommodations, professional licensing, substance use disorder, special education, and the right to live in a non-institutional community setting. I am also a member of New Jersey Special Education Practitioners. I was an elected member of the Board of Education in my home community from 1996 to 2008, and was Chair of several committees that covered the Board's responsibility for students receiving special education services. I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in Political Science, 1969) and Yale Law School (J.D., 1972). I am also a member of the American Arbitration Association roster of arbitrators for commercial matters.
