Ms. Caserta is an attorney at Morgan and Morgan where she manages the Deaf/Disability Rights Unit which provides direct legal representation in Florida, and provides strategic advocacy state wide for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind individuals. Her practice area is mainly in several areas of law including: Employment Discrimination, ADA, 504 and Civil Rights Litigation, Public Benefits, Family Law, Predatory Lending and Housing. She has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit. She graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law. Her legal intern experience includes the Jacksonville Public Defender's Office and a federal clerkship for U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Ms. Caserta is a former Equal Justice Works Fellow, and has authored publications and on-demand training tools to assist lawyers to effectively represent deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Ms. Caserta is also a certified sign language interpreter holding the Specialist Certification for Legal Interpretation(SC:L).
