Joshua Davidson joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2011. Mr. Davidson represents individuals in ERISA pension and disability cases and disabled workers in Security Security disability claims. He also litigates ERISA class actions and enforces the civil rights of people with disabilities in class action public accommodation access litigation. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Disability Rights Committee and Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California.
