Lainey Feingold iLainey Feingold is a disability rights lawyer in the United States and a soon-to-be author. She works with the blind community on accessible information and technology, including web, mobile app, kiosk and other digital accessibility issues. Lainey has pioneered Structured Negotiation, an alternative dispute resolution process that seeks win-win solutions to legal claims without going to court. Using this method, she has negotiated more than 50 settlement agreements without filing a single lawsuit with some of the largest institutions in the United States. Bank of America, Walmart, CVS and Major League Baseball are just a few of the companies that have engaged in Structured Negotiations. Lainey's book, Structured Negotiation: A Winning Alternative to Lawsuits, will be published by the American Bar Association in Fall 2016.
