Trevor Finneman is a Staff Attorney with Disability Rights Legal Center’s Disability Litigation Program. As a Staff Attorney, Mr. Finneman is responsible for handling all aspects of high impact disability rights cases in State and Federal Court, drafting discovery motions, drafting motions for summary judgment, leading depositions, responding to written discovery, investigating potential cases, and engaging in legislative commentary. Prior to joining DRLC, he worked as a Litigation Associate at Lurie & Park Law Firm.
Mr. Finneman graduated from University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Religious Studies and Political Science. While attending college, he received the Distinction in General Scholarship honor and was consistently on the Dean’s Honor List. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and was appointed Vice President of the National Association of Law Students with Disabilities and Chair of the UCLA Disability Law Society.
He is a member of the State Bar of California. He founded the Finneman Scholarship Foundation to support local public school students in Stanislaus county.
