Disability Rights Bar Association

Online Membership Payment 2023

The Disability Rights Bar Association (DRBA) provides an important set of services for its members, most notably by organizing the largest and most active community of disability rights lawyers who practice in a range of settings. These services are made possible through a nominal annual fee of $100 charged to members.

Membership fees for the 2023 calendar year are due by February 28, 2023. Failure to remit timely payment will result in removal from the listserv. Partial or full waivers are available upon request for persons experiencing financial hardship. For additional information, please see the DRBA Membership Fee and Fee Waiver Policy

There are two ways to pay the $100 annual membership fee:

  • BY MAIL: Return a copy of your invoice and a check payable to: “Disability Rights Bar Association” to Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University c/o Diana Foote 950 Irving Avenue Dineen Hall, Suite 446 Syracuse, New York 13244-2130.  Include your membership number in the memo section of your check to ensure your fee is properly counted.
  • BY CREDIT CARD: If you prefer to pay online by credit card, you may do so via the  Syracuse University’s secure Payment Portal  [cc.syr.edu/DRBA2023Membership].
    Please do not attempt to pay through the University’s general donation system.

Interested in becoming a Supporting or Sustaining Member of DRBA? Consider an additional contribution of $250 or more and gain meaningful exposure on the DRBA website.

  1. Supporting Member ($500 – $999) – includes name recognition on the DRBA website.
  2. Sustaining Member ($1000 and above) -includes name recognition and display of your firm or organization’s logo on the DRBA website.
